The parking marshal will guide you through the easy steps of paying for parking with your Quickpark Prepaid Touchcard, doing an on-street credit balance enquiry or reloading your touchcard
When parking in a participating site and approached by a parking marshal for payment, request to pay with your touchcard.
If you are unsure of the credit balance on your touchcard, ask the parking marshal to do a credit balance enquiry.
Tell the marshal how long you wish to park for and when asked, touch your card on the point-of-sale device to make payment.
The parking marshal will give you a Pay & Display paper ticket. Please carefully check the paper ticket you receive from the marshal to ensure that you have received the correct amount of parking time.
NOTE: When purchasing parking time, remember to display your Pay & Display ticket on the dashboard of your vehicle to avoid receiving a parking fine.
Approach the parking marshal and tell him or her that you wish to reload your touchcard.
OPTIONAL : You may want to know your touchcard credit balance prior to reloading. If so, ask the marshal to do a credit balance enquiry. Touch your card on the point-of-sale device when prompted to do so. The marshal will hand you a Credit Balance Enquiry ticket. Be sure to check the balance before you proceed.
Tell the marshal how much credit you want to reload onto your touchcard and then give them the cash when requested to do so.
Once the marshal has received your money you will be asked to touch your card on the point-of-sale device to reload it.
Once your touchcard has been reloaded, you will be given a Credit Reload Receipt as proof of the transaction.
NOTE: When reloading your touchcard, please carefully check the Credit Reload Receipt you receive from the marshal to ensure that the correct amount of credit was loaded onto your touchcard.
